Bud Bulgin, owner and lead photographer at Bulgin Photography is in love with four things--his God, his wife, his kids and grandkids, and Photography. It is rapidly apparent that he enjoys people and loves helping them learn to relax enough to get some great images.
Recently when asked what he likes best about photography he said, "I really enjoy shooting people that really do not enjoy having their picture taken. I love the challenge of helping them feel comfortable enough to be real and have fun. When that happens, we always get some great shots. One of my biggest compliments is when I overhear clients leaving the studio saying, 'wow, that really was fun!' It is always amazing to me to see how much self-confidence can be gained from images that show us being real and having fun."
Even though the studio does photography for weddings, seniors, magazine covers, and Landscapes, Bud's heart is really into Family Wall Portraiture. "I love it when I walk into a home and see a great framed wall portrait of the family displayed with prominence. It speaks to all who enter-- Family is important here! Some of us spend much of our budget on televisions, home theaters, art vases, clothes, CD's etc. What could be more valuable than our family?"
In his time off you will find Bud and his wife, Hope playing with the four grandsons, Zach, Josiah, Andrew and Titus. "One of these days you should stop by the studio and see some pictures of them."
